Britney Spears and Demi Lovato Join The X Factor

Recording artist, entertainer Britney Spears and actress and songwriter Demi Lovato have joined L.A. Reid and Simon Cowell as the new judges on The X Factor. The new season starts this fall on Fox.

Spears is considered one of the most popular and successful entertainers in the music industry. She has sold an estimated 100 million albums worldwide and has received numerous awards, including Billboard’s Best-Selling Female Artist of the Decade (1998-2008) and the 2011 MTV Video Vanguard Award. After captivating audiences with her first single “Baby One more Time”, Spears has continued to earn five number one debut albums and 24 Top 40 songs.

In addition to Spears, Lovato will be joining the judges on The X Factor. At the young age of 10, Lovato began her career in the entertainment industry as an actress. She starred in a cable television series, “Sonny with a Chance,” and went on to play rolls in films such as “Camp Rock” and “Princess Protection Program.” Today, Lovato is best known for her singing career; her recent album, “Unbroken,” went platinum, and her video for her latest single “Give your Heart a Break” has received 10 million YouTube views.

Both stars are thrilled to be joining the show. Simon Cowell is also excited about the new judges.
