X Factor USA Show Highlights & Videos from 9/27

At the end of last night’s show, we saw a young man named Trevor pass out in his mother’s arms. But was he okay? Turns out, he was just dehydrated. He was given water and Gatorade and was first up on stage.

Trevor Moran is 13 years old and took on LMFAO’s Sexy and I Know It. We shortly find out that not only can he sing but he is quite the dancer as well. All the judges praise him and give him the thumbs up to move on to boot camp.

Owen Stewart is a 16 year old who has dreams of marrying his girlfriend, Torrie. He sings Airplanes by B.O.B. and let me tell you, he owned that song. He has confidence on stage, he can sing and boy can he rap. Three of the judges gave him yeses but Britney was not impressed. I don’t see how she couldn’t be but he made it through anyways.

Freddie Combs is 40 years old, has been married for 16 years and took on Bette Midler’s Wind Beneath My Wings. Back in 2009, Freddie weighed 900 pounds and through diet and exercise, he has lost 400 of those pounds. He was housebound because of how big he was and he loved to sing but his music was never heard. He is still in a wheelchair, on disability and a church minister. He has the voice of an angel. He has a vibrato that goes on forever. The judges were amazed by his courage and determination and they loved his vocals. He was put through with a quartet of yeses.

The minute I saw 12 year old, Jordan Foley with her sparkles and all, I just didn’t have a good feeling. Then she sang Tomorrow from Annie and I knew she was done, or so I thought. She cannot sing at all. The girls loved her, Simon hated her and Reid puts her through.
